The Well Hotel / Hotel Design

The objective of our project is twofold: to establish 460 King Street as a distinctive building within the site and to foster a sense of community that embraces the diverse cultures surrounding the area. Our proposed building aims to breathe life into King and Spadina by incorporating green spaces dedicated to connecting the user community. These areas, encompassing cafes, recreational spaces, and lounges, will serve as a central hub around which the rest of the building revolves. By addressing the lack of community, a memorable structure, and green spaces on the site, we are offering sustainable solutions to these challenges.
