PLANTER SEATING / STRUCTURES
I selected this particular spot for my project due to its hidden potential. The area I chose is frequented by pigeons and visitors who come to feed them. It is situated near a bustling street, where people often pause to observe this activity as they cross by. Recognizing the opportunity to enhance this experience and create an aesthetically pleasing environment, my goal is to design a structure that engages both the birds and the onlookers.

To ensure the comfort of the birds, I plan to create an open structure that allows them to fly through easily. Additionally, I will incorporate potted plants to provide elevated perches for the birds, allowing them to rest and observe their surroundings. Simultaneously, I intend to create a welcoming space for people by incorporating seating under this shelter. This will provide an opportunity for visitors to relax, enjoy the presence of the birds, and even participate in feeding them.

By harmoniously combining the needs of both the birds and the visitors, my design aims to transform this site into an engaging and enjoyable space for everyone involved.
