Light and Environment

For this project, we explored how light reacts with modular shapes. I started with a simple square on paper and went on to make more cuts which formed this dynamic circular construct. I really liked the idea of layering and overlapping and thought about how I could develop this further. In the end, I designed this playful and energetic installation that would be placed in a park. The structure allows many spots for seating, resting, and playing.
