Coach House

This project showcases the design of a two-story coach house to be situated in the backyard of an existing residential property in Toronto. In response to housing shortages, I developed a compact housing solution with a footprint of 6000 x 6000mm intended for a single occupant. The lower floor encompasses a workspace, living room, compact kitchen, mechanical room, and storage beneath the stairs. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom, closet, and washroom. The plan drawings detail the plumbing, lighting, electrical, and HVAC systems of the building.
